This tour is designed for the wedding guests of Lynnette & Armando with the intention to provide an authentic Oaxacan experience focusing on traditional arts, foods and Mezcal.
This is an RSVP only event and the limit of attendees is reached. We cannot accept new participants at this time due to capacity.
We kindly ask our guest to pay their deposit by secure their RSVP with 50% of the tour cost no later than August 30.
Dress Code: Casual, Recommended Wear Comfortable Shoes (Sneakers)
Cost Per Person: $150

Payment covers a fair living to the four (4) families part of the local communities hosting us, sharing their cuisine and cultural crafts. Transportation with insurance, translator, all meals and drinks specified in the tour are covered in the price.

Please join Lynnette & Armando to Welcome Cocktails at Mal de Amor Mezcal & Cocktail Room. This cocktail hours are covered by the wedding hosts and exclusive for the wedding guests.

Saturday November 9, 2024 at 4:00pm Ceremony , Calenda & Wedding Reception Party!
Join us for a full night of celebrations to our nuptials. All events will be hosted at Hotel Quinta Real.
Timeline
4:00pm - Ceremony at Los Lavaderos, Hotel Quinta Real. Arrive 15 mins early to enjoy light refreshments.
5:00pm - Cocktail Hour at Los Naranjos, Hotel Quinta Real
6:00pm - Traditional Calenda Celebration
7:00pm - Start Wedding Reception
11:30pm - Trasnochador
2:00am - End of the Party
